Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road into Scarbrough Avenue. Proceed over roundabout (St. Matthew's Church) to the junction with the promenades (Skegness Pier). Turn left and proceed to the end of North Parade (promenade). Proceed straight into private road at the end of the promenade. Parking for the Mickleton Guesthouse is clearly marked on the right side after several metres.

From Lincoln:

Proceed straight over traffic lights after Football Ground. Proceed to the junction with the promenades (Suncastle). Turn left and proceed to the end of North Parade (promenade).
